Yes, and totally agree on the gpt-9 take, there's gotta be more to the way we interact with these models everyday.

It should feel like a relationship which grows over time and it knowing more and more context on multiple dimensions without having to voice/write out 6900 lines each time!

Out of nowhere I woke up to my Claude Max ($200) account getting banned on 13 May, without any explicit reason or warning (or even refund).

I contacted all your support channels realising everything was AI, no human support.

So I raised an appeal which responded on 20 May, stating they couldn't reinstate my account.

All my artifacts, assets, chats, history all lost.

I used my account for Github PR reviews, using on my remote VPS's (no openclaw) from my few devices. I didn't know where it went wrong.

But I want to start again, I really need and love using it for my daily tasks. But your "Usage Policy" mentions you can't "circumvent a ban" using another account.

I want to understand clearly this time, will it hamper my account's reputation and eventually get a ban, if I chose to get another max sub now (following all your guidelines/TOS)?

I really loved working and experimenting with Claude, but THIS is stopping me from doing it.

Cancelled my claude max account last week to try out all the fuss with ChatGPT Pro.

I guess it's time to warm up all my stuck leads in my pipeline. 💸
