@evocellbio But as a very visual species, we humans have always looked at photos as proof that something happened. Both general news as well as science articles have traditionally used photos as data.
With AI, this "a photo or it did not happen" evidence is no longer trustworthy.

@fake_journals @mohd_alamr And for these reasons, we actively discourage very early career researchers appearing as sole CAs on multi-Au papers and prefer a co-CA status with a more senior researcher to fulfil formal mandates.

But who knows?

It's a bit like when we sometimes assume that there is a culture of dishonesty in a given institution retracting a number of papers. Probably, it's the second option though.
