Philanthropy?! PLEASE. TB activists fought *for years* to push J&J to stop enforcing patents on bedaquiline. That sustained activist pressure forced J&J's hand.

If J&J is in a magnanimous mood, they should show it by withdrawing ALL remaining secondary patents on bedaquiline.
