It’s a little surreal.

In less than six months, AutoShorts hit that magical $1M ARR completely solo and with no funding.

Some tips I found really helpful:

- Being very involved with your customers (atleast at first). This allows you to grow brand advocates. It also gives you insight into issues or key features in your SaaS.

- Don’t sleep on Facebook ads. It can be a real money pit for many businesses, but don’t skip an easy growth channel by not even trying it.

- Double down on affiliates. Make it easy for your customers to affiliate for you since they already know your product well.

The first 400 days - $100K

In September 2023, we pivoted from an AI Data Analyzer (like Julius) to a full-stack agent framework (like Langchain). We began building the first ‘agentic’ framework well before any other agent frameworks in the industry.

Initially, we focused on chatbot and knowledge bot deals, up until March 2024. Then, inspired by @sama statement about ‘One Person One Billion Dollar companies,’ we envisioned building fully autonomous agents to automate entire job roles.

This led to building an AgentFlow on Lyzr, automating the SDR function. We called it Jazon - The AI SDR and launched it, aiming to inspire enterprise and startup builders build agentflows to automate workflows. To our surprise, we landed 200+ demo bookings, and the demos resulted in a 90% conversion rate, leading to $1M in sales in just 40 days.

Our early customers of Jazon then asked for a fully autonomous marketing agent, so we created Skott, the AI digital marketer.

Now, we have a pipeline of 8 fully autonomous agents, powered by Lyzr Agents - probably the most capable enterprise-grade agent architecture today. With Lyzr’s AgentMesh, our agents communicate and exchange intel. We're expanding AgentMesh to integrate with Langchain, LlamaIndex, Zapier, and other popular agents.

With each autonomous agent, we're moving closer to the ‘One Person One Billion Dollar Company’ ideology.

But the big draw is OGI—Organizational General Intelligence. A super agent powered by the central intelligence of all agents. While we wait for AGI from Sam, Lyzr’s OGI is a near possibility.
