@myvoltas I called the customer care atleast twice today. After selecting English language both times, I was connected to a representative who told English is not available at the moment and asked to call later(This was communicated in non English as well). Please assist.

@MoPNG_eSeva Thanks for the reply. On July 20th I myself went and dropped my old cylinder and got my new one. I was told the receipt machine is not working so I still didn't my receipt yet. I shall DM the details as well to avoid similar issues in future

@BPCLimited Cylinder refill booked a month ago is not delivered. The complaint page in site doesn't get submitted. The number provided is not reachable. Is there a way to really register customer complaints? Dealer just says they'll deliver.
