Pre AI, there was an asymptotic bound on the value a company could create.

Net-positive companies focused on create+capture of value. They generated surplus value, but the more they succeeded and approached the asymptote, the more they had to shift focus from create to capture.

AI removed the bound. Value creation is no longer coupled to human headcount and hours worked. At every point on the curve, it’s now higher leverage to focus on generate than capture.

The most successful companies will capture a tiny portion of the value they create. It will continuously shrink as they get more successful, and they’ll gather massive ecosystems around their value creation engine.

@vercel has made the ultimate ai-native transition: their lifetime value created / captured is trending up.

They are extremely good at internally using AI to build high-leverage product capabilities and open source projects. And the whole tech ecosystem is benefiting from it. One example: their Chat SDK project provides the rich chat integration across 15+ messaging apps for countless people who interact with NanoClaw agents every day.

This has also changed the playing field for open source projects. Creators no longer need to focus on capture, we can instead focus on creating additional value alongside.

@NanoClaw_AI has created a massive amount of value. It’s used by tens of thousands of individuals including leaders in the private and public sectors, like @VivianBala, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Singapore. People have built products and services on it. Teams are using it and companies have built their internal agent platforms on it.

@NanoCo_AI, our commercial entity, is not focused on capturing any of that value. We raised $12m and are investing heavily in growing the NanoClaw community and ecosystem.

Instead, NanoCo is focused on creating additional value alongside NanoClaw - a second value generation engine. We’re doing bespoke agent deployments for large enterprises and organizations with strict security and compliance requirements. These orgs won’t use the open source themselves.

I’d estimate our current lifetime create / capture at >100x. My ambition is to increase that by many orders of magnitude.

I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit.

My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to use Claude Code: we intentionally build it in a way that you can use it, customize it, and hack it however you like. Each person on the Claude Code team uses it very differently.

You know what really amazes me about $Coti?

Yes, we have by far the best privacy technology.

I imagine everyone reading this post already knows that, but have you ever actually processed a transaction through the Coti chain?

It's simply incredible that all transactions cost absolutely nothing. ( It´s by Design )

Now think ahead to when we get the adoption we're hoping for (I know the fees might be a bit higher then).

For example, in-game payments for trading various NFTs (cars, paints, houses, jerseys, land). It will be possible for EVERYONE to carry out the transactions without even thinking about it, as it does not increase the price of the item itself.

I don't even want to talk about RWA.

It's simply inevitable. Tokenization begins now.
