@mindsetmachine I wish this was true, it’s not. Or I’m the 15%. I take 1-2 electrolyte packets a day and still get migraines. Started 2 years ago, headaches the same. Mine are from large swings in barometric pressure (dramatic changes in weather). Poor sleep increases and worsens them.
