The Blindsight device from Neuralink will enable even those who have lost both eyes and their optic nerve to see.
Provided the visual cortex is intact, it will even enable those who have been blind from birth to see for the first time.
To set expectations correctly, the vision will be at first be low resolution, like Atari graphics, but eventually it has the potential be better than natural vision and enable you to see in infrared, ultraviolet or even radar wavelengths, like Geordi La Forge.

If you want to market in Africa, learn from the churches. Every successful marketing effort follows the church principle.
1. Local branches
2. Local 'pastors' who earn well and market locally
3. Collect variable tithe - small from the poor, big from the rich
4. Engage your biggest advocates & empower them to do more outreach
5. Sell the vision and make your product part of people's identity
6. Transition to online & apps to reach more people and spread.

In order to master a field, you must love the subject and feel a profound connection to it. Your interest must transcend the field itself and border on the religious.
