@bartkalk If you're looking at the CBS NET rating page, their rank order is the same as the NCAA's end-of-last-year ranking, even though they show this year's records. Super-confusing, but we won't know anything until the new NET rankings are out in Dec.

Not to detract from this @PrincetonMBB team or the 1996 team, but if you really have to talk about the past, what about 1997-98, ranked 8th in the country and a 5-seed in the tournament? Beat Texas, NCState, Wake Forest, Rutgers. 14-0 in Ivies. @M_Henderson98 's senior year.

@btshapir The FDA offer guidance on using Bayes in studies for surgical devices (2010?) It made sense b/c samples are so small (in the 10s), and it’s evident how a medical device is supposed to work. For larger studies the prior would have to be unreasonably informative to matter.

@d_mccar Is this just a terminology issue? Or are you saying there is something wrong with the content? An argument I often have with my colleagues is whether we should teach just what businesses are doing now, or what we, as academics, think businesses should be doing.
