Using language accurately is important. Being specific in our data is important (ex collecting data on regions, sex, race, age, ability, etc.).

If we're moving away from accurate use of language, we lose meaning in our communication.

The idea of identifying out of one's body points to trauma--possibly relating to your 1st point.
