@fiona_handley I felt the same! I filled most out then handed it over to allow my other half to fill out sexual orientation, religious beliefs, gender identity etc. I am 99% sure I would answer correctly but I felt it wasn't my decision.

@gb23571113 @McrSALT I am surprised you say this, a lot of mum's struggle with their loss of identity when they have children (many of my friends have spoken to me about this). May seem trivial but while people struggle, wouldn't take a lot to make this small conscious change.
