@apcyberax @CrashPlanSMB I'm having exactly the same problem. Debian 11, most recent update broke background service. No response to my support ticket for a week. Strongly considering cancelling my subscription, @CrashPlanSMB is just getting worse and worse.
@Beer52HQ So, to cancel my subscription, I have to call your presumably understaffed call centre? What an utterly disgusting, underhanded, dark practice of locking people in and taking their money.
@SkyHelpTeam I'm only getting ~12Mbps in London at the moment, well below the guaranteed minimum of 40Mbps of your Superfast package. Help page reports no problems in the area. Any help?
@LeShuttle We're trying to amend our booking, but the website won't allow moving the dates forward by more than two days, and we've spent hours on your helpline, usually eventually just getting cut off. Terrible customer service.
@SkyHelpTeam My Sky broadband is pretty spotty at the moment, with video streaming and calls pausing/breaking constantly. Colleagues in London report similar, but your online status checker reports no issues. Are you sure you aren't having problems?
@majesticwine I unsubscribed from all your marketing emails via my account weeks ago, but I still receive them. How do I *actually* unsubscribe? I'd rather not just block emails from *.majestic.co.uk...
@garybernhardt@kernio Amusingly, I *just now* liked https://t.co/9uMkBEjZsU, and then I read this 😅 I'm curious now, do you think it's possible *without* any?
Many "how do I do x in TypeScript?" questions get answers that immediately use `any`, sacrificing type safety. You can choose to use a static type system or not, but don't use one then default to turning it off whenever it gets hard. The hard parts are when you need it.
@lb_southwark If I wanted a speed camera to be installed on my road, how would I go about it? People speed dangerously on it constantly, despite it having a 20mph limit.
@shiffman Both code download links for the A* pathfinding part 1 video page (https://t.co/PPi3IKO3cK) point to a site Firefox warns me severely about😕Why don't these point straight to GitHub?
@Ryanair@Ryanair We did that before I sent these tweets, of course. We received a reply so useless it was clear our complaint wasn't even read. What else can we do to get a reasonable response?
Booked a flight to attend a funeral last week. Rude staff at @Ryanair "Customer Service" desk at Stansted said we missed the 2 hour cut-off for self check-in, (by minutes, due to queue/lazy staff) so would have to pay £55 *per person* to check-in there. (1/3)
@Ryanair@Ryanair How can you possibly justify that huge charge, when every other airline accepts much later check-ins without charge? Setting aside, of course, the inhuman lack of compassion shown by your staff! Utterly disgraceful, shameful and appalling. (3/3)
@Ryanair@Ryanair Said fee would be waived if we produced the death certificate. Our options were to pay the fee, or not attend the funeral. What a callous, disgusting and obscene way to exploit your customers during an already painful time. (2/3)
Hey @Markrian, it seems your Twitter account is inactive. Would you be willing to change your username to something other than "markrian"? I'm "markrian" everywhere except Twitter, and it'd be great to fix that :)
