@shawngorham Good that you’re steady with weight. The nutrition is harder (in my opinion) to be consistent with than workouts.
5/3/1 program has a 2x wk variation.
Might want to look into it or can use it to get ideas going.

@FrshYelGrizzly @mhp_guy@tbr90 Exactly! When the children are put first staffs lives are better, children experience more progress, and the business is more sustainable / scalable.
@FrshYelGrizzly @mhp_guy@tbr90 Turnover is very real. It’s a high stress job since it’s the livelihood of children on the line. I hear how many clinics are more business and less family focused. That doesn’t help anyone at the end of the day
@mhp_guy@tbr90 You need multiple BCBAs but this all checks out. It’s a great service to the community and a great business. Definitely need a lot more that are capable and confident in their programs!
@AnthonyTumbiolo@SamtLeslie@SashaAurand While I’m nowhere near a millionaire, my thoughts are cost of repair vs a monthly payment. Is that delta really all that different? But most importantly, the different in safety of a <3 yr old car vs 10+ yr old car
@thesamparr While not exactly answering the question, there is definitely an optimal point where the added benefits decline. Having range of motion to be nimble in daily life vs that of contortionist would show very different data of what’s optimal
@Molson_Hart@ShaanVP I met with some people where their company did this. Quarterly there was a week long trip somewhere. I think they structure it so there was still some working getting done too
