As part of the ongoing mountaineering expeditions in Ladakh, the Corps of Signals proudly celebrates the successful ascent of the second of three peaks - Mt Mentok Kangri (6,250 m).

Battling extreme high-altitude conditions, the expedition embodies the soldier’s spirit of courage, teamwork, leadership, resilience and service before self.

Reinforcing monsoon preparedness, the #LaungewalaBrigade and Sappers of #SaptaShaktiCommand successfully conducted a Joint Flood Relief Exercise and mock drill at #Bundi. In collaboration with the Rajasthan State Civil Defence and #SDRF, the exercise validated inter-agency coordination, strengthened operational synergy, and enhanced preparedness for a swift, coordinated response to flood emergencies.

Together, we train today to protect lives tomorrow.

Demonstrating unwavering commitment towards humanitarian assistance and disaster response, Flood Relief Columns of #SaptaShaktiCommand conducted Joint Flood Relief Exercises & Mock Drillswith the Rajasthan #CivilDefence, Police and #SDRF.

The Flood Relief Columns of #VyomastraADBrigade, along with Sappers of #STRIKE1, at Dholpur, and #LaungewalaBde with Sappers of Sapta Shakti Command at Sawai Madhopur, conducted Joint Flood Relief Exercises in close coordination with SDRF and other state agencies, strengthening interoperability and ensuring preparedness for swift and effective disaster response.

The drills included area reconnaissance, boat-based rescue operations, evacuation of stranded civilians, casualty evacuation, first aid and seamless inter-agency communication. The exercises validated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strengthened interoperability among all stakeholders and enhanced operational readiness for a swift and effective response during flood emergencies.

Together, we train today to protect lives tomorrow.
