We should say it: candidacies like Graham Platner in Maine or Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan have not grown in spite of establishment targeting, but somewhat because of it.

Base anger after 2024 is palpable. And some Democrats want not just an elected who will oppose Trump and Republicans, but one who will also change their own party from within.
