@CitroenUK I have a problem with the connected services in my C4 Grand Picasso. I paid ยฃ95 for an annual subscription in December. It was cut off in January despite tech support telling me it wouldn't be. They have still not managed to reconnect it. Please help
@CitroenUK I had (technically have) live traffic on my C4 Grand Picasso. I paid for a year at the end of last year. It was cut off at the end of January and customer services have spent 2 months trying to restore it. I still don't have it!

@monzo I'm in France and a declined fuel pump transaction took the money anyway. The app won't let me dispute it as it's a fuel pump but it declined so no amount to adjust
@monzo@bonnaud_dowell This isn't possible hence the tweet. It just tells me it's a temporary hold and to wait until it adjusts but it declined so shouldn't be held at all. No option to chat
