My Federation AIPNBOF do not take levy from its members salary arrears since 2012 joint note which happened in 2015 and I am GS since March 2015 .
So for 3 settlement no levy and for this I have to face a lot of trouble from my Apex association AIBOA which we left after 27 sep when 3 days strike was called off.

Nothing much is expected from today's meeting of ufbu leaders and IBA representatives.
And the 5 days banking week which we all wanted is no longer on the table now alternative proposals will be discussed.
This round of battle goes in DFS favour .

Those who themselves signed the proposal for 5-Day Banking in 2023 and 2024 and recommended it to the Government are now once again playing the “committee, meeting and discussion” game.

The demand has been pending since 2014,
agreement in 2023,
recommendation to Government in 2024,
and in 2026, yet another committee! 🤦‍♂️

No fixed date.
No defined timeline.
No time-bound commitment.
No guarantee of a final decision.

What a system!
Same lollipop, new packaging. 🍭

Incidentally out of 5 from IBA 2 are pnbian and one is current MD of PNB.
Damage control in full swing without delivering anything concrete .

Bankers will never forgive those 7 ufbu leaders who agreed for Sunday a public holiday under NI ACT working while we are agitating for Saturday off.
This is one decision which will haunt us forever and we will pay a heavy price for that in coming days .
Among ufbu bank based union AIPNBOF was the only officers union which refused to work on Sunday and facing management wrath for that .
But no regret ..

जिस तरह से चीज़ें खुल के सामने आई हैं वो बहुत ज़्यादा चिंताजनक हैं.

यूनियन के यूनिट्स के पदाधिकारियों का कहना है कि UFBU ने कोई भी निर्णय लेने से पहले उनसे कोई भी सलाह मशवरा नहीं किया. उनके अनुसार वह खुद भी बहुत ज्यादा निराश हैं और ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहे हैं.

कितना दुःखद है ये कि इतना बड़ा कम्युनिकेशन गैप रहा, एकतरफा decision ले लिया गया और एक बेहद सफल हो सकने वाली हड़ताल का गला घोंट दिया गया.

वक़्त है अपनी लीडरशिप को बदलने का।

@ChVenkatachalam @rupamsmail और यह MOU साइन करने वाले सभी नेता, तुरंत अपना इस्तीफा दें. आपने ना सिर्फ बैंकर्स के साथ घोर विश्वासघात किया है, अपितु लीडर होने का कोई भी धर्म आपने नहीं निभाया है.

यदि आप बिक गए हैं तो कोई बात ही नहीं है. परन्तु यदि आपकी रीढ़ की हड्डी सही होती, तो उस रात आप ना झुकते.

आपका झुकना बता रहा है कि आप बैंकर्स की उमीदों की तिलांजली कर आए हैं सरकार के सामने.

शर्म आनी चाहिए आपको.

सभी बैंकर्स से भी अनुरोध है कि अपनी अपनी यूनिट्स के पदाधिकारियों से मांग करें कि इन सभी का इस्तीफा चाहिए. उससे कम कुछ भी नहीं.

जो हमारे हक के लिए खड़ा नहीं हो सकता, उसे हटना ही होगा.
