SIR: Election Commission bundled and registered 80,000+ voters on fake and wrong addresses in 3 constituencies. Thousands of cases of 20-500 voters registered at such fictitious houses.

It appears that the ECI has failed in its “Constitutional Duty” of ensuring “1 person - 1 vote” Principle enshrined in the constitution. 

It also appears to have failed in its legal duty of ensuring “level playing field”, “Fair & Transparent” Elections in the Country as provided in Representation of the People Act, 1951.

The phrase "less told, much better" fits in very well about it.
