I have reached the same conclusion on my own by some accident
Decades of accepting being a “night owl” and wrongly considering it a feature, were interrupted sadly only 5 years ago after being forced into a job with 5AM meetings
Thanks to @hubermanlab I somehow organically , slowly and incrementally discovered what the paper says
“The general principles were to wake up 2–3 hours earlier, wake up at the same time every day, maximize morning light exposure, reduce evening light exposure, avoid late dinners, avoid caffeine after 15:00, exercise in the morning, and avoid naps in the late afternoon. In just 3 weeks, the intervention group shifted their DLMO by ~2 hours, wake-up time advanced 1.9 hours, and peak cortisol advanced by 2.2 hours”

Mistakenly gave some dude wrong directions then ran after him to correct myself when I figured it out. Only for him to say “don’t know if I can trust you now”
After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI?
I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev
• 20-200x faster
• 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free)
• Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions
AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution
If you find a woman who you're attracted to, enjoy being with, and has broadly the same aims in life as you... don't be an idiot and worry about "what else is out there"
NOTHING better is out there. Hold onto women you're into who are willing to work with you through issues. They are GEMS
Do not underestimate how increasingly rare this is becoming as people are hyper-neurotic and unable to handle conflict or frankly any of the normal, uncomfortable feelings that arise when you like someone and they don't do 100% of what you wanted in a given situation
(stuff that is in reality usually innocuous and only framed as "bad" after the fact to rationalize the anxiety)
tip: if you feel unfulfilled by how you spent your time today, you can stay up late to try to combat the sense of dissatisfaction. this will ensure that you feel even worse tomorrow
if you are a programmer and you'd like to start a company it is helpful to internalize two big weaknesses you have
1. your instincts for anything outside programming are terrible. everything you believe is likely 100% backwards
2. you've always been treated like the smart person in the room so it will take you a very long time to understand #1
for me personally it took ~ 10 years before i started to be able to unwind this
