@KambehoBlair @JoelSsenyonyi The company Secretary did not sign. The contract is not sealed. That is what makes the contract null and void in the eyes of the law and alien to Uganda airlines. Whoever used to pay anyone stole funds from the airlines and whoever facilitated it should face it as an individual

@JoelSsenyonyi Under company law contracts that bind an entity must have three things. A signature of the CEO. Signature of a Company Secretary and a Company Seal. If those three don’t exist the contract is null and void in law. Whatever payment that was made is ultra vires to the company
