massive traffic at Senapati Bapat Marg and NM Joshi Marg southbound at Lower Parel, near Holy Cross Church school. No priority to this lane going towards Delistle flyover.
Please deploy senior traffic officers and arrange to clear traffic. Near Holy Cross Church school, southbound, near one world centre. Daily this is a problem. Post Elphinstone bridge closure, this lane gets more traffic. Should we not increase green signal duration for this lane ?

Delistle road flyover lower parel southbound near Curry Road junction on N M Joshi Marg, major traffic. @MTPHereToHelp there is one building of glasses Marathon and that building has some repair work going on right inside their gate and that is causing a major traffic as vehicles cannot go inside gate and the backlog comes on N M Joshi marg

@ShivAroor This is horrible and the door of the compartment was apparently a reason for this. Mumbai needs AC trains, all, same fare. People losing lives due to this door reason and high time Govt takes immediate actions.

My takeaways from the situation

1. By default assume monsoon in Mumbai starts from June last week/July first week (last few years data is an evidence)

2. Summers are going to be severe in years to come and water evaporation is going to be severe.

3. Prudence needs Authorities to implement the water cut from February month itself

4. Use science and technology for water harvesting especially for crops purpose.

I would request you to please take up this as well. Some quick fixes are possible at Vakola flyover entry points northbound.

I believe these radio stations bring the whole world's problems in front of you when u switch on in the morning. They want to give you Gyan, sensational news, unnecessary debates, unnecessary views. I just want to hear good music with some theme or news around this music. They serve me the whole world and no novelty in songs. Their current business model (of serving the whole world instead of music) may be a reason for their downfall.

Vakola flyover northbound entry point is the bottleneck. 8 to 9 lines meging to 3 to climb the flyover. May be to put a signal there and ration the climbing on flyover. And if the heavy vehicles are in the extreme left and trying to get onto the northbound vakola flyover then horrible situation @MTPHereToHelp massive traffic today on WEH post Bandra northbound. Please treat as urgent and critical. Hardly I have seen such magnitude of traffic in last few months. Adding @CMOMaharashtra

Good initiative and thank you for proactive approach. Something simliar required for Vakola flyover northbound entry point. Increase the green light signal duration for vehicles going below the flyover . These tactical measures will help. Everytime building a new flyover may not be a solution. Some quick fixes helps.

@mumbaimatterz @HT_Mumbai They need to fix at St.Gadge Chowk the connectivity with Metro 3 and Mahalaxmi western railway. That will ensure a lot can use Monorail.
