@DCPoliceTraffic Why did you block NH Burroughs and Kenilworth? It's at best symbolic since you can simply go around one block. It's disruptive because people are getting backed up for no reason. Kenilwoth avenue does no only flow into 295 Westbound. feeds to 295 Eastbound, Parkside, and Benning.

Do you not realize that there are other places to go from that intersection? Now everyone is going around the stupid tape and cutting through Parkside neighborhood.doesn't even stop the traffic

But kenilworth avenue doesn't only feed into the 295. Cars go to Benning and go the other direction on the 295 without issue. This should not impact the entire kind of worth avenue on that stretch of road
