New Hampshire should be expanding access to digital assets — not making it harder.

The NH Senate just passed legislation on crypto kiosks that includes:

A $2,000 transaction limit
A 14-day refund period
Removal of local bans

Moving away from local bans was the right call. Fragmented rules don’t work.

But the bigger issue is this:
Are we making it easier for people to participate in the digital economy — or harder?

The states that lead in blockchain aren’t the ones adding friction.

They’re the ones creating environments where innovation, access, and responsible use can actually grow.
