🗣️ “I have a pretty big engine. I used to run cross country. I put a lot of mileage in, a lot of stuff like that. So when I dropped down to an 800, 1500 runner before, and then I dropped down to the 400 and worked on foot speed and a lot of jumps, I always had the strength.”

After winning the 400m Olympic title, @QuincyHall400 shares that he actually used to be a cross country runner before dropping down to the middle distance events, and ultimately, the sprints.

The fall cross country 2024 season concluded yesterday at the MNSHSL State Champs with two all state runners! Congrats to Sydney Drevlow 5th & Landon Hering 8th. Today’s celebration is bittersweet, but our seniors have set the stage for our 2024 team. Thank you seniors.

Lily finishes an incredible career in jumps by placing 14th (but go check the hurdle result!)

Avery jumps into finals to place 8th. This sophomore was the only underclassmen in the field and stepped up big! Cannot wait to see what else he can develop!
