@BiotechAnalysst Generally agree with the form but I don't think the payout is $0.30. more like $0.20. They will keep some money in the shell for minimal costs to keep the shell alive and NOLs worth something.
Often to find something will take a few years.

@BiotechAnalysst I was in WMIH after the BK. Off memory they had $60M in cash and $6B in NOL and traded at $120M MCap. so the NOL were valued at $.10. which logically makes sense as $1B in NOL avoids $250M in tax (25% tax rate). NPV of unknown timing worth 50%-prob less today with higher Rates.

@resetbasis @JerryBl24848861 Assume at that size national. Any regions doing better. South seems to have been demo/growth but overbuilt which gets fixed with time (ie your decade comment). NE and MW seems permanent pop decline which won't fix with time. Can't speak to west.

New age groups this yr makes comps hard but # of kids playing is -10% YOY. HS son plays and some rural towns used to be 100% hispanic and now just a few. rest left to avoid dep.

@TS_Secrets I'm a ref and former coach. I used to complain to a kid ref maybe 1-2x/year on generally dangerous play.
Then my kids became refs and I saw it completely differently. Kids are not used to the new dynamic so I give them a lot more grace.
90% of the time the parents are wrong.
