Tomorrow: let them talk, make them laugh, have some fun. Let children be children. Listen to them more than ever. These are the last days of having your ‘team’ together for a while. We will miss them, they will miss us, they will miss their friends. We will all miss each other.
@mathsmrgordon Use of shadow questions based on qla from mock 2 is my approach this year. I find my students struggle to structure revision at home. I hope that a model answer followed by shadow questions based around questions they scored zero in Will inspire thought into how to get marks.

@QuantrellThomas@timstirrup @QAMAcalculator I’d also never heard of this but it sounds great for my lower ability, so many students simply enter calculations into the calculator without any thought. I’d be interested to see how reasonable the estimates have to be too?
Before half term we found out that our department will be gaining a class set of iPads when we return! I’m keen to hear about people’s favourite maths apps to support learning and experiences teaching with them? I have experience with PiXL, learning by question, Desmos etc.
I’m super excited about starting my new job after half-term!
