His efforts extended to evaluating the African Union’s response to the Ebola outbreak, demonstrating his commitment to tackling health crises on a continental scale.
Dr. Nsofor's expertise is not just in research and policy advocacy; he is also a thought leader in health communications, having authored and co-authored over 120 opinion pieces, with 45 focusing on COVID-19. His insights have been sought after by leading news outlets like The New York Times, BBC, Al Jazeera, and Forbes, establishing him as a trusted voice in global health discussions.
As a Senior New Voices Fellow at the Aspen Institute, a Senior Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity at George Washington University, and an Innovation Fellow at PandemicTech, Dr. Nsofor continues to influence global health discourse. Recognized as a COVID-19 Top 100 healthcare professional globally in 2020 and one of the Top 100 most influential Africans of 2020, his contributions are widely acknowledged.
