@SandroChess@chamath Share holder agreements are needlessly complex. We built a model to store rights to build accurate scenario modeling, and the schemes that people dream up to protect their equity are bizarre. To accurately calculate dilution of both equity and rights is complicated.
@SandroChess@chamath I am the founder of Toppeq - India based cap table management ( since acquired) - I wholeheartedly agree.
Complicated data model that needs to continously track equity movement from inception. Yiure building a portfolio management system with a complex security master.
@PrashantBalaji1 Also FYI. Top 1 % does not need loans, have private managers for investment advice and could care less about superficial discounts on brands that are below their radar.
@amysundae Toppeq does capable, SHA, ESOPS and working capital management. Please check out https://t.co/rrPtED5KsH, I am the founder and can arrange a demo.
@gaganbiyani@wes_kao@gaganbiyani for Captable, ESOPS, and working capital management please take a look at Toppeq ( https://t.co/Cdih3CNmQA ). I am the founder, you can write to me directly and we would love to do a demo. Its India's answer to Carta.
@rajeshsawhney It is daunting for women to break into the boys club and while you do not need the equivalent of affirmative action, you do need an explicit outreach aimed at women and detailed feedback loops allowing them to build their confidence and improve their game.
@prasanna_says Consider automating capables as well with Toppeq and we have a light layer on top of quickbooks that gives you real-time projections. To know more: [email protected]
@prasanna_says As long as the industry thrives on a black box model and eschews sharing data you will continue to have these issues. The entire ecosystem needs to embrace transparency. When you have limited information markets will remain inefficient.
