Now dreading my holiday with @TUIUK book a holiday with good lunchtime flights 13.50pm, and now you move our flight time to 22.15pm! Fantastic! A flight home at that time is not what I wanted! Also got to book extra annual leave. How can you just do this??? 😡@MartinSLewis

@RishiSunak It’s not just the hospitality, it has a knock on effect to so many businesses. Our beauty salon has been open 14 years, we have never been so quiet pre Christmas. People are too scared to come in. So many cancellations. Lots of businesses need help.

@easyJet I am happy for people to be aware that
1) you don’t give cash refunds when your booking has been cancelled twice.
2) you then give an expiration date of 12 months to use that credit refund.
3) you tell people then can have a cash refund, and then tell them actually you can’t!

@easyJet Nadine, let’s not do this privately. How can your call centre tell me one day I can have a cash refund. And then the next week only give me credit to be used on a future booking with a 12 month expiration date! I should have been told this on the first conversations

So glad I “treated” myself to new @UGG slippers to last 4 months! Shocking customer service. The most unhelpful company I have ever felt with! 😢 gutted
