@AmbLindnerIndia Please keep Covaxin approval in Germany on agenda so that parents from India are allowed to see their kids/grandkids in Germany. Currently visas are being rejected on the basis of Covaxin. Please fasttrack the approval !!

According to @AuswaertigesAmt in Germany on 3 March 2022, anyone who carries a negative RT PCR test 48h before travel even if they are Covaxin vaccinated or partially vaccinated are allowed to enter Germany. Why is the German Embassy India still rejecting visa?

@DhawanVeena me and my husband ( 64 years) got Covaxin 2 doses last year. Our children are overseas. Germany has refused Visa last year as they approve Covishield only. Wish we were told this by Govt. Now please allow us third dose Covishield, so that we can attempt to reapply.

As the rules with 2G/3G have been removed in Germany, why do tourists still need to proof vaccination to get visa. Indian Vaccination Covaxin is not approved by @PEI_Germany and our family members are being rejected visa at the German Embassy in India.

@CDSCO_INDIA_INF ,@MoHFW_INDIA Indian government is doing nothing for approval of covaxin in Germany.Neither they are giving booster dose and that too with no choice of mixing vaccine. My parents have taken covaxin.Regretting now.Not able to apply tourist visa to Germany.

Dear Sir, Although 13 EU countries recognizes covaxin, still Germany does not recognize Covaxin. I hope you can take up this matter when you are visiting Germany to find some resolution.
