Ever wondered what it's like to experience the Neko Body Scan?
A step into the scanning room is a step into your health future. One where prevention is possible through proactive measures.
Results in less than an hour, not weeks. With a clinician in-person to explain what they mean. That's what we're building at @Neko.

Tried @Neko Health in London recently.
One of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Fast, beautifully designed, incredibly data-driven, and focused on prevention rather than waiting until something goes wrong. And it costs just £299 only!
And great news for the US: they’re launching in NYC this summer. The future of healthcare should feel like this.
We need to all work hard to live as long as possible, and in good health.
I’ve met many companies trying to support this mission. One stands out, that those in the US haven’t experienced yet.
I was blown away by the experience at @neko in London.
Insanely well crafted patient experience, 30 min from start to finish, £300 (way cheaper than most), and immediate blood/skin/other results that a doctor walks you through live.
They are focused on detecting and monitoring the things that most predict potential health problems at a very affordable annual cost. They’ve developed all their own technology, which feels like living in the future, now.
They are opening in NYC soon. Go in London if you can. Future is bright in so many ways. Thanks to @shak and @HNilsonne for hosting us. Go try it!
@cmn890 Sorry you’ve had trouble reaching us. We’re experiencing higher demand than usual, which is affecting response times.
We’ll send you a DM now to get your details and look into this right away. Thanks for your patience.
2013 / Daniel Ek @eldsjal
“I think in 30 years we’re going to look back and say that the way doctors are treating us now is close to witchcraft,”
Ek spends spare hours thinking about how to fix a “screwed-up” healthcare system, reading PhD papers on genetics and DNA sequencing. He is vague on whether this “pet project” could be the germ of a new company, saying it may take five to 10 years to have the necessary technology. “I’m not the inventor,” he adds, “but I may be the person that’s dumb enough to go against the system and try to beat it on its own terms.”

Located just minutes from Victoria station on Buckingham Palace Road, this space offers shorter travel times, more appointment availability and greater flexibility to book.
There’s a lot of doom and gloom about the future of healthcare but I believe that technology gives us reason to be wildly optimistic.
Technology has a great track record of turning scarcity into abundance.
More people now own smartphones than don't – with wealth and geography no longer limiting factors for the power of the device in your pocket.
As I shared with @JamesSomauroo on @healthtechpod, I believe the same trajectory is coming for preventive healthcare!
It's one of the things that makes me so excited about the hardware and software we're currently building at @neko.
Today, we’re opening the doors to Neko Health in Birmingham.
With this opening – our first of 2026 – we've evolved our palette of colours, materials and artwork to bring a true uniqueness to this location.
We look forward to welcoming you in soon for a scan at 10 Livery Street.
This is a love letter to the people of Birmingham.
A thank you to those who make other people's lives better - in ways both big and small.
And a gentle reminder to take care or yourself, too.
It’s hard for me to believe there are now over 700 people working at @neko. For over a year we were less than 10 people, and it feels like that was just yesterday!
Couldn’t think of a better way to wrap my head around it than getting everyone into a room together. So last week, we brought the whole global team to Stockholm. To -10°C and to mountains of snow. We had people coming from all over, New York and LA to Berlin and Manchester, from nurses and doctors to architects and AI engineers.
2026 will be our most important year yet!
Neko Health, the start-up founded by Spotify’s Daniel Ek and the Swedish entrepreneur Hjalmar Nilsonne, will expand to the U.S. market this spring, @bernhardwarner scoops. https://t.co/Cycsel26Zs
We're bringing @neko to the US this spring, starting with New York!
With now over 300k people on our waitlist, the Neko Body Scan will offer New Yorkers a completely new healthcare experience that combines breakthrough scanning technology with personalized preventive care.
...and our dedicated US waitlist is now open!
So if you live in or travel to New York, join the waitlist now to be at the top of the line when we open our doors in the city.
In 2026, we’re also excited to serve exponentially more people.
We’ll be opening more locations in the UK & Sweden, and bringing new technology into the scan room powered by our latest research.
@eldsjal and I have been talking about our US launch since the earliest days of building this company together. I couldn’t be more fired up that this moment has finally come! Lots of hard work ahead 🏗🏗
