@superkash My kiddo, too. I blame Minecraft. I told him if he can care for his fish and frog for a year, I will consider it.
Also, all the fish are named some variant of Jeremiah. Is this a Minecraft thing?
Hey everyone, reaching out for help. I'm just coming out of a brutal dual COVID-19/dengue infection (in bed 24/7) and now struggling with intense chronic right arm pain, particularly at night. If anyone has had dengue fever and experienced similar pain and found a remedy, your insights would be invaluable. Valium, opioids, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, gabapentin so far had minimal impact and no blood clots present. Please share your experiences and advice. #dengue #COVID19 #chronicpain
NOA Day! Congratulations to the Twitterless (X-less?) Kanako Matsumura in the lab for her hard work in obtaining her predoctoral F31! Check her out on LinkedIn: https://t.co/uv0fqVTIu8
Hey neuro friends. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good dopamine D1 receptor or dynorphin antibody for IHC that isn't raised in rabbit? I'm looking to colocalize with cFos and it's in rabbit.
@TXAlcoholLab Yeah, I haven't done either in the lab, but we had a recommendation for a cFos antibody from immunostar that was raised in rabbit. It's good to have other recommendations, though, especially if all the great D1 antibodies are in rabbit.
A little late posting this, but we have a new lab member. She can't reach the lab bench and she cries during lab meeting, but I think we'll keep her. Welcome Juniper Wren!
