Altogether our work shows that PDA shares core pathways that sensitize tumors to T-cell mediated killing. In addition, we describe in detail two possible targets, Vps4b and Rnf31, that specifically increase tumor cell clearance and immunotherapy efficacy upon depletion. 12/
