Pretty based homily today at the FSSP chapel I attended. The priest addressed the Vatican document celebrating 60 years of Nostra Aetate. This sums up what he said:

• There is no salvation outside the Catholic Church. Pachamama cannot save you. Christ alone saves through His Church.

• 60 years of “dialogue, dialogue, dialogue” is no substitute for preaching the Gospel and calling souls to conversion.

• Error has no rights against the truth. Persons must be treated with dignity and charity, but truth and error are not on equal footing.

• True charity means desiring the salvation of souls. If we love our neighbor, we should share the Gospel and bring him to Christ.

• Catholics must begin from the conviction that the Catholic Faith is true, not merely one religious option among many. We cannot compromise revealed truth, water down the Faith, or speak as though all religions are equally true or equally capable of leading souls to salvation.
