All Oil Marketing Companies are claiming no shortage of fuel , no pressure on dealers to uplift branded petrol or diesel, no restrictions on sales , etc etc …..
Now kindly tell whether the document attached is ORIGINAL OR FABRICATED ?
If ORIGINAL, then why has it been not implemented even after more than 10 years have passed and that to which has been duly signed by all three O.M.C’s !
When O.M.C’s simply ignore their written commitment, rather have befooled their DEALERS (Associates) , why will Country Men believe in your above post ?????

We, the ASSOCIATES of O.M.C.’s are treated as ANIMALS rather than HUMAN BEINGS !
Salaries & Perks of all officers both in O.M.C.’s and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas have been increased in manifolds, but 82000 Petrol Pump Dealers forced to continue to sell petroleum products on commissions prevailing since August 2017.
Petroleum Products Transportation Tenders being given rates which were prevailing in 2012.
LPG Bulk Road Transport rates continuing the same since 2012. In case of 12 M.T.(Kashmir Sector) ₹7000/- further decreased from the rates prevailing since 2012 which shall lead to increase in criminal activities of drivers like narcotics smuggling, stealing of LPG on the way etc etc by the drivers to meet the expenditure (detailed email sent to YOUR AUTHORITY 20th May 2025 via email id [email protected]
Packed LPG rates (gas cylinder transportation) continuing the same since 2012.
Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas not bothered to check all this for the reasons best known to them and result is FINANCIAL STRESS SUFFERING of almost all ASSOCIATES of the O.M.C.’s which are BACKBONE in growth and making them NAVRATNA COMPANIES.
Most of the ASSOCIATES are with O.M.C.’s for GENERATIONS TOGETHER but now we are treated as NON HUMANS, whereas the reality is that if HONEST NET WORTH CHECKS WITH HONEST RECOVERY of the above mentioned officials (both in Petroleum Ministry and O.M.C.’s) is ordered under
“OPERATION SAFAI”, INDIA shall become loan free COUNTRY in the world.
Representations sent by us with V.I.P. references , DULY ACKNOWLEDGED by YOUR AUTHORITY (attached below) have been simply IGNORED by the O.M.C.’s BREAKING ALL PROTOCOLS !!!!!
“OPERATION SAFAI” is badly needed on lightning bases and ONLY MODI JI CAN DO IT 🙏

Kindly reply are we, the Petrol Pump Dealers, who are the major revenue earners , working day and night and are mainly instrumental in making @IndianOilcl @BPCLimited @HPCL “MAHANAVRATNA COMPANIES”, the “BONDED LABOURERS” ? Why the so called “MANAGEMENTS”, who themselves lead a KINGLY LIFESTYLE , are exploiting us , the Petrol Pump Dealers ?

Due to irrational, illogical, irrelevant increase (violating the prescribed formula) in LFR component of Dealer Commission, Dealers have approached Honourable Andhra Pradesh High Court for JUSTICE.

A big wastage of time of Honourable High Court , wastage of time and hard earned money of the Dealers due to the so called “MANAGEMENTS” malfunctioning.

If YOUR AUTHORITY orders @CVCIndia or @dir_ed or @IncomeTaxIndia to check NET WORTHS of all the THREE O.M.C.’s so called “MANAGEMENTS” i.e. Chief General Managers and above , if honestly checked , YOUR AUTHORITY shall be surprised that MAJORITY OF OFFICERS in “MANAGEMENTS” have again defeated YOUR SLOGAN “ALL ILLEGAL SWISS BANKS ACCOUNTS OF INDIANS SHALL BE CLOSED ….. but SO CALLED MANAGEMENTS SAY , NO WE WILL OPEN MORE PERSONAL ACCOUNTS IN SWISS BANKS…..(black money, all time high CORRUPTION !!!!!)

It is INEXPLICABLE that the hike in Dealer Margins did not even account for inflationionary trends since 2017 and if CPI as a measure of Inflation is considered, the Dealer Margins should have at least be increased by 40 Percent to cover just the increase in expenses. Not to mention that the earlier revision of DM was in itself INADEQUATE to meet the expenses at the time. Therefore, the DM today across all slabs is grossly INADEQUATE to provide a return on investments and time. To note that DM is a part of RSP and borne by the consumer. Comparably OMC officials have however, not only got an increase in Dearness Allowances but also a disproportionate raise in salaries which is paid by the Oil Marketing Companies.

kindly order an honest inquiry in the above stated issue and YOUR AUTHORITY shall get ASTONISHING results for not only irrelevant and unjustified extremely low Dealer Margins being given by the above Oil Marketing Companies but also shocking rather extremely HIGH EXPENDITURES done by the so called “MANAGEMENTS” of these O.M.C.’s to lead KINGLY LIFESTYLE when on CHAIR.

Also order immediate recoveries , if any , which come out after checking as per the percentage/formula used for increase in Petrol Pump Dealers Commission on 30/October/2024 or immediate release of dues to above stated O.M.C.’s Employees, if any , which come out  on checking as per percentage/formula as stated above used in increase of Petrol Pump Dealer’s commission on 30/October/2024.
