🚨 URGENT PLEA: Vijay Vishal CHS, Oshiwara, Mumbai, is under siege! On Oct 10, over 1,000+ outsiders stormed our society for an illegal gathering—no permission, just chaos! Bikes and cars clog our lanes, while eve-teasing, thefts, harassment, and encroachments by goons leave our women and senior citizens trembling in fear. Our peace is shattered, our safety stolen!
We’ve screamed for help with numerous complaints since 2015, including a chilling mob attack on May 16, 2025 (video on X), and 3 NCs, yet the terror continues. A beacon of hope—Sr. Inspector Sanjay Chavan—heard our cries, reviewed our evidence, and took action. He brought society and slum members together, firmly stating our private land isn’t for public misuse and pushing for DP Road activation. To protect us, he deployed 2-3 police patrols for 10-12 days, earning heartfelt gratitude from our elderly for this brief relief.
But this isn’t enough! The threats loom large, and our voices are hoarse from begging. @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @Dev15Fadnavis, build on Vijay Vishal Society efforts! We demand constant patrols, swift justice, and urgent BMC action to fix and build DP Road to stop this nightmare once and for all!

URGENT APPEAL FOR Immediate Action Breakdown of Law and Order at Vijay Vishal CHS, Oshiwara. Senior citizen residents and women are living in constant fear
· Open threats & physical violence by mob of drunk men -In presence of police personnel and bomb threat by the goon’s mob 15 May
· Forceful restriction of access to Building No. 3.
· Unauthorized obstruction of society’s main gate, restricting free movement.
· Deafening DJ music played through the night, disturbing public peace.
· Bomb threats issued with intent to destroy residential buildings and endangered lives.
· Unknown Vehicle parked in society premises, some without number plates-reported but no action by local authority
The situation is now beyond tolerance. If this breakdown of law and order is not addressed immediately, the consequences could be catastrophic — and the responsibility will lie squarely with the authorities who failed to act.
We demand urgent deployment of police personnel and restoration of peace and security in our premises as we are facing daily intimidation by goons

Enough is enough. We will not stay silent. Where is the law enforcement? Where is our right to safety?
