@TataMotors if you cannot manage priority spares like battery and if your ev service centres don't have the bandwidth, then you should stop or pause sales of your ev vehicles till you and your service centres ramp up. A basic service appointment takes one month waiting
@TataMotors In stark contrast, my experience with other brands, such as Maruti, has been far more professional and responsive.
This level of inefficiency and disregard for customer service is extremely disappointing and leaves me questioning my decision to invest in a Tata vehicle.
@TataMotors I had submitted my Tata Tigor EV for body repairs at Puneet Motors, Sewree, under the care of Mr. Zaid on 11th August. Today is 2nd September, and I still have no clear update on when my car will be ready for delivery ,

@CMOMaharashtra@Dev_Fadnavis@mybmc@PMOIndia@narendramodi (2/2) norms are that you cannot have charging points above parking levels P1, most new construction are in towers , without charging points how to charge cars, the charging rates outside are ₹20 per unit and residents can't take advantage of subsidised ev charging rates

@TataMotors_Cars The service centre is always overpacked with service appointments and they have tried every thing in their hands and now suggested a replacement for the front panel,I had owned so many brands..Honda Toyota maruti but never such an issue with scheduling a service appointment
