@sarajcox I have a client in my Pilates class who recently went to visit family on holiday to a small village in Norfolk turns out to be the same village my cousin lives in and her sister and her were in the same school year. My Pilates class is North Bristol!

@dr0stupid @HealthRegLawyer Could nurses not use the similar competency based increase in bands as I u set stand midwife’s have? Or maybe they do? I’m AHP so if I want to go up the bands I have to apply for a new position

@dean_susi @CSullivanCSP @thecsp My understanding midwifes don’t have to apply for B6, they have to achieve certain competences which can be completed much quicker than expected 2 years+ for AHP. Unsure of nurses.

@sam_studentslt That’s wonderful, I hated being referred to as the student and even when patients were allocated to me they had an “S” by then and not my name 🙄. Now I find it odd that my Clin Ed is a colleague (weird). Everyone should be fully respected 🙌
