Chennai managing these numbers with just 3 cargo bays & cowshed like cargo terminal. It's a manufacturing powerhouse and deserved a world class air cargo facility. Sadly that won't be happening at-least in next 10 years!!
A friend in the industry confirmed what my relative in logistics sector has been telling for more than a year. That the Chennai airport Air cargo is so saturated that they are shipping goods from industries around Chennai to BLR by trucks to ship abroad for time sensitive cargo!
Cauvery catchment in Kodagu, Chikmagalur and Hassan have got very heavy rains to extreme rains .
For Kabini catchment heavy rains seen in wayanad too. Expecting Kabini to reach full level in a day or two.
Hemavathy will get good inflows with massive rains in catchment.
Note: Hemavathy and Harangi contribute to KRS dam which then released water comes to Mettur. Harangi is already full. Kabini dam water comes directly to Mettur.
AI won’t make you profitable. Here’s why.
In the 1980s, spreadsheets arrived and analysts who needed days to crunch numbers could do it in hours overnight. Everyone said it would change everything.
It did not make them more profitable.
Then came the internet. Then algorithmic trading. Now AI.
Every generation of technology lowers the barrier to analysis. None of them moved the 90% loss rate among retail traders. If intelligence and tools were enough, every economist would be a millionaire.
So what does AI actually do?
It removes the bottleneck between having an idea and testing it. What used to take weeks of coding and data work now takes hours. That is genuinely powerful.
But here is the catch: you still need to know what to test.
A trader with zero market experience using AI has zero edge. They are just running backtests on bad ideas faster. The tool amplifies what you already have, and if what you have is noise, AI gives you louder noise.
Experience, screen time, and understanding why the market does what it does, that is still the actual edge. AI just helps experienced traders validate and iterate faster.
The bottleneck was never technology.
A high-level auto industry source told me that all companies are under strict instructions from the Govt. to keep silent on the issues being caused due to Ethanol. Similar pressure on auto publications and journalists to not reveal the true state of affairs.
Yesterday, I posted about my sibling’s petrol car getting stranded on the road due to a fuel pump failure. The company itself confirmed it was linked to a fuel blending issue related to ethanol.
But unfortunately, I had to delete the post because of immense pressure from higher authorities. For the first time in my life, I was forced to take down something purely out of concern for family safety and precautions.
The unfortunate truth is that whenever someone speaks up about ethanol-related issues, attempts are made to silence them. This may continue, but these problems won’t disappear and tomorrow it could be my own car stranded the same way.

@SoumenP07898569 The funniest story is how Vishal Sikka, for the first time, tried turning Infosys into a real tech company, and the horrified promoters fired him instantly.
Asked someone from the industry whether foreign investors are still interested in allocating to India. The TLDR:
Interest has pretty much died out. India is seen as geopolitically exposed, especially to an oil shock. There are no real AI plays. Valuations are rich. And the rupee situation doesn't help.
On top of that, investors who were sitting on gains have taken money off the table and are now looking at markets like Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Europe etc instead.
He also pointed out that our LTCG/STCG structure and the increase in STT have made India less attractive compared to other markets that are seeing inflows.
If we need to attract FPIs back, and we do, fixing this feels like pretty low-hanging fruit.
I lost my son sahil Dhaneshra a 22+ year old young and most talented boy whom I raised for 23 years alone as a single mom ,was killed brutally by a scorpio N bearing no.UP57BM3057 driver is an unlicensed driver and his sister while making speed fun reels in #dwarka#delhipolice
I fed one year old data of stocks & mutual funds to Claude & and asked it to predict next 12 month winners like a top quant. It generated list of top 30 ideas.. Then I checked the performance of those 30 ideas in past 12 months and thankfully, 90% of them didn’t perform 🤫🤣
Still some hope in this profession 🙏🙏
An elderly woman in Kozhikode, Kerala, bravely stopped a scooty rider from misusing the footpath and sent him back to the road.
Her civic sense and determination truly deserve appreciation.
Big win for Tamil Nadu!! 🥳🎉
Almost zero tarrifs in sectors like Textiles, Footwear, Marine etc. Districts like Kovai, Tiruppur, Erode, Thoothukudi, Chennai Belt & all those districts where footwear parks coming up are going to benefit from this... #FreeTradeAgreement#India
Tweaks in LTCG tax for a small class of investors may not be enough to turn around sentiment. Need a substantial to 100% cut in LTCG for ALL investors and back to 10% type tax for STCG.
This small thing will go far.
There are enough Indian entrepreneurs who can be funded by private equity (both Indian and foreign). However those PE funds will invest only if there is exit visibility after a few years. That can be handled easily by FIIs and DIIs and retail if equity markets are buoyant. It is all a big chain.
If equity markets are weak everything slows down and valuable years are wasted to reach govt's investments, GDP targets etc.
i was tired of stupid people on road so i hacked my helmet into a traffic police device 🚨
while i ride, ai agent runs in near real time, flags violations, and proof with location & no plate goes straight to police.
blr people - so now ride safe… or regret it.
