I need some help from the Diaper Diplomacy family.
YouTube has demonetized my channel for "inauthentic content" content that "appears mass-produced or repetitive."
I've appealed twice. Received the exact same response from YouTube both times. Word for word. Some would even say a “mass-produced or repetitive." response.
I wish there was a way to mass produce my videos. But every single side-eye baby you've ever laughed at was a recording I did of myself on my iPhone. Every one.
I'm not asking for any special treatment. I'm asking for a human to watch my appeal video and make an actual decision based on what they see.
If this channel has ever made you laugh, please share this. Respectfully let @YouTube@YouTubeInsider@YouTubeCreators and @TeamYouTube know there is nothing inauthentic about my work.
And if you know a guy who has a cousin who works at YouTube, now would be the time.
On a positive note, as soon as I was demonetized, YouTube's algorithm magically started recommending my videos after months and months of uploading into the dark void! 🥳🎉
@AutonomicBrad77 The doctor wrote the wrong Rx.
It's "Yoga With Adriene".
It is fantastic. However, it's not the answer to Long COVID which is a legit, medically recognized , debilitating result of an infection caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome 19.
My uncle was always my role model...a voracious reader and a deeply curious man. Even in his early 60s, he spends two hours every day learning new things. But he made a mistake that nearly cost him his life.
He is a long-standing diabetic. Two years ago, his HbA1c was 8.9, and his endocrinologist started him on insulin. Once he started working out and saw his sugars stabilizing, he began to experiment. He eventually stopped his insulin entirely, switching to homeopathy and brisk walking.
As a doctor, I was vocal about my concerns. I told him this wasn't about "allopathy vs. homeopathy," it was about evidence-based medicine. He was adamant, believing his physical activity would compensate for the lack of insulin.
Yesterday, he was admitted to the ICU.
His sensorium had deteriorated, and his HbA1c had climbed to 11.1. He is out of danger now, but it was a terrifyingly close call.
If a man as brilliant and well-read as my uncle can be swayed by the "natural" narrative and the "lifestyle alone" myth, the general public stands no chance.
Physical activity is an adjunct, not a replacement for essential medication in advanced diabetes. Please, follow the science and the specialists, not the anecdotes
@mvankerkhove@WHO Your statistics have no meaning. Most people don't test and most countries have not even submitted data to you. Deaths facilitated by Covid19 often happen in conjunction with other diseases that get all of the credit.
Your body is always giving you signals about how well you're aging.
These five markers reveal the truth long before blood tests or scans.
Improve them, and you don’t just add years to your life, you add life to your years.

@MoniqueJac88196@forallcurious Did you go outside and look up? I live in the suburbs, so ambient light, but the sky has a greenish tinge and there are so many visible stars. Try it.
I should have added to this essay that Scott's book/memoir "How to Fail" is very good. It's one of those books that has the potential to knock you out of your habitual and mediocrity-producing thinking-patterns.
I especially appreciate the fact that Scott was a very "ordinary" American in many ways. So the lessons he learned on his path to success are especially useful for regular people with typical backgrounds working normal jobs––as opposed to most memoirs, which tell the exceptional, Hollywood-worthy stories that entertain us the most, but give us the least actionable advice.
@DanPriceSeattle It's great to see you again! From some of the responses, it's wise that you gave a review of your ground breaking CEO philosophy and the positive results. People need reminders that business can thrive while being fair and good to all participants.♥️
