@TimBiohacker Blend the (low toxin) coffee, grass fed organic butter (or ghee) and C8 MCT oil first. Then blend in collagen peptides from grass fed organic sources. Rosemary optionally brewed with the coffee. Sometimes I blend in raw organic egg yolks from naturally raised chickens.

@TimBiohacker I’m using TrueDark Twilights. Problem is I wasn’t able to get the lenses made to fit the inserts for my varifocal prescription. So, I’m unable to do much when wearing them - which makes 3 hours a bit of a stretch. 😐🤷🏻
