Repeatable mechanics are impossible. Teach repeatable movement outcomes instead.
To throw 100mph repeatedly in game, you need to have a few different movement solutions to create that desired outcome.
The same principle applies especially if you’re trying to throw strikes.🧵
Simple way to think about the delivery,
• Relax in the set position, stay loose
• Create & control momentum (hide the hip)
• Stay sideways, delay rotation
• Be patient, rotate late, create force into foot strike
• Keep back foot on the ground through release

Catcher goes from a 2 knee block of HP to a rundown. Aggressively runs at the runner & he runs him to turn full face at the receiver, darts the throw when the receiver raises his hands & dodges inside to avoid the runner & follows his throw. DASH DART DODGE!!!#rundowns
Pitchers...BE BETTER!
Don't throw the pitch and walk towards the plate to catch the return throw! Catch the return throw backing up the hill ready to go to work. Nobody wants to watch you walk around out there. Let's Go!
There is a WR with a great leverage score - a metric based on projected ceiling vs projected ownership - in my @FantasyLabs model.
RT & like this tweet, first person to guess correctly, I will send you my top projected plays.

A slightly different take on my usual rant about why zeros are dumb.
"Because of that one zero, it will take that student 14 more 85s just to get their grade back to an 80."
Zeros and the 100-point scale just don't make any sense.
