It’s a mix of between Polish who for long periods controlled Western Ukraine and Russian Eastern.

Historically the territory called Ukraine was either under Polish or Russian reign, western Ukrainian closer to Polish culturally, eastern to Russia.
Finally there was Kievan Russ, not Ukraine

Point is it’s a two way war and what the western media isn’t showing is the horrible destruction in Ukraine. What Mr. Ackman gleefully posted was one side of the coin and the other side is most likely much worse.
