he opened a random chat with claude about a city trip. by the time the reply finished, the whole conversation was already a graph on his second monitor. physics-simulated. self-organizing.

every noun a node. every verb an edge. every mention pulled toward the topic he actually cared about

the big blue center held whatever the conversation kept returning to. he never asked claude to summarize. he never had to. the shape was the summary

he does this for every reply now. every article. every voice note. every meeting transcript dropped into the same tool

nothing is saved as a doc. no notion. no obsidian. the chat itself is the note. the graph regenerates live from the conversation

what nobody's mentioning: this is how the anthropic team reviews long threads. one person told me it started as a hack he wrote for himself. now half the research org uses it in the background
