Can Genshin do this however? Yeah, they probably can do it but they can't legally add to standard

@161qura @archive_pl2747 @RamirezElfri Like Jiu Niangzi, Lucy, Anjo Nala, etc, who as we can see have not been added to the standard pool, at best they're off-rate in other "true" limited characters' banners
As for HSR and ZZZ, they're not really adding limited characters to standard pool either-
