I'm so frustrated with uber eats and postmates. Thinking about switching over to yall as my primary delivery service. Hopefully you guys have better customer service.

Postmates and Uber Eats are HORRIBLE. These services have gone down the tubes and you should NOT use them.
Last night, I placed an order with @Postmates (@UberEats). I paid for priority delivery because I was HUNGRY.
For some reason 3 different drivers got assigned and one finally picked up my food. Thought that was odd as I had a $5 tip on there.
The app informed me my food was on the way, and I was up first since I paid for priority. Estimated ~22 minutes.22 minutes goes by, I look and the driver is still ~25 minutes away, making random stops. Just taking my food on tour.
Eventually he started heading the opposite way from me, the time went from 25 minutes, to 30 and then 40 minutes away. I then contacted @Uber_Support, you can't call them so I had to do it through chat. I told my chat rep(which I had to go through 3 before ANY would even respond to me) the story. They said "oh we're not specialized in this, we have to forward this to the email team and they'll get back to you in 6 - 12 hours".
Meanwhile my food is making a road trip around the state, the driver isn't responding, Uber Support is worthless.
After 2.5 hours, the driver canceled my order. And guess what, Postmates emailed me saying "since you canceled your order after the food was picked up, we're charging you a fee." So they charged me $80.60 for a $41.20 order that I NEVER got.
And at this point, nearly all of the restaurants were closed. So no food, not many options to get food and an $80 bill. I still have no response from them via email 14 hours later. No help, and an $80 charge on my credit card.

Agent has been messing up a lot. Giving me bad responses or doing literally nothing when I ask it. It has been using up my usage limits making it hard to justify core...
Could I please get a usage limit increase? I know others have gotten it.
