Mal abgesehen von der politischen Tragweite, die technologische Tragweite finde ich noch viel spannender. Plötzlich ist Linux cool. Das war es zuvor auch. Aber eben nicht für eine breiteres Nutzerprofil.

Wenn Omarchy also dazu beiträgt Open Source weiter zu verbreiten, mega! Und gerade im Agentic Zeitalter sind adaptierbare AI first Systeme nun einmal genau das, was Nutzer künftig erwarten werden und wollen (obwohl sie es jetzt noch nicht wissen :-)).

btw.: Ich finde #Omarchy super :-). Und man kann den tausenden Menschen, die #Linux zu dem gemacht haben, was es ist überhaupt nicht genug danken. Ohne sie, kein Omarchy. Also: Danke!

Behavior is the most complicated thing to change. However, if the system supports your work and expectation (all apps, speed, good feeling, cool look) it feels easier to try out new things.

And exactly this is how it feels to work with Omarchy. And it works surprisingly well and it is much quicker.

Feels a bit like going back to Commodore 64 times but in modern 🤣
