@CoffeeBlackMD This argument sounds like "we've always done it this way." Maybe it's BS. After all, jumbo jet pilots don't work this way + they also have people's lives in their hands. It's not unreasonable to progress the ways MDs serve their patients. The benefits would help all involved.
@BTCBULZ@HustleBitch_ Exactly this. I see a post that doesn't understand focal lengths and angle relative to subject. Still cheering for the big cat around the gaps where his moves are completely uncheerable.
@BulldogSalty @AllenGreenMD1 @CallMePye45@markkaplan20 MDs pretending like their training and degrees somehow guarantee they don't develop blind spots. You can't see what you don't want to see.
@lowmegatron What are the implications of very high lipids in the context of 20 years lost total thyroidectomy? Thyroid labs in range. Lipids still remain high. Connection or not necessarily?
@BioavailableNd@TinaM456 What is the relative dose for lumbrokinase? See 10,000 iu for natto but never a clear target for lumbrokinase re lipid management.
@ApoDudz @c3po85260 Can you help me understand... In cases of MI where there's no plaque, what physically causes the infarction ? I understand inflammation is a cause but what is it in the physical mechanism that means plaque itself isn't even required for a heart attack?
@LDLSkeptic@ZJustzed@hormonedietdoc What's the definition of heart disease? It's not a lab value right? Is it just plaque alone at a certain level or something else? Curious how MDs define it.
