@ZacGross > at least up to October 2025
before claude opus 4.5
Anecdote: I know of an entire offshore dev team (20+ iirc) that got downsized recently and dev reshored to a much smaller AU team with Claude subs. Dec 2025 was a shift in tech, I wonder if it will show up in future data.
It blows my mind that @claudeai released a workflow trigger to promote subagent work, then reduced rate limits to the point that my existing routines now get rate limited and fail. Cant even run 20 subagents in parallel now when it used to be 100+ before hitting rate limits.
@woodchipdaddy@claudeai I have a pipeline that produces artifacts that was designed to be easily parallelized. I'd spin off 1000 if I could. I was running over 200 in parallel when I first started, now I'm down to 5 with batching and routines.
@AlanKohler@abcnews I only bought very recently, and I couldnโt care less if my home loses value. Itโs not like the hundreds of thousands I paid in rent was making me rich before I bought. I have adequate, secure housing for my family. Life is good.
@ZackKorman "prompts as guardrails" from an "ai founder" defending "give it access to prod".
One good thing coming out of this is that it's exposing the frauds.
If I didn't know better, I'd say it's setting up for a blow off top. Don't know when, timing is hard, could start as soon as January 2026. Whenever it is, I think it will catch many off guard.
