@ellagunn7 Good article. Personally, I think a democratic approach combats several of these traits such as staying in the comfort zone, not having vision, and thinking you know it all can be avoided by bringing others into decision-making and developing plans/goals overall.
@GraceGraubart I like the thoughts this example provokes. Everyone on this list is a man, and I enjoy the employee comments. The comments I'm most drawn to are the ones where you can tell there is trust that leaders have their best interest at heart and are transparent. Ex. 1, 3, 19
